The glass arrived by a miracle, it did not come with decent packaging other than a simple plastic bag, the cardboard it came in arrived all broken, the glass without labels, everything was wrong, and the seller is so curt when responding, the worst experience

I sold more than 5 of this cold cup series, and it is my first time to receive a comment like this. All my previous customers of the cold cup were happy with the product. The cardboard can be a bit broken because it is made of paper. Starbucks Korea did not put labels depending on products. This is my 3rd time to have a bad experience with Mexican customers... Some makes lies that they could not receive... I will think about whether I should keep selling to Mexican customers.
