Watch is beautiful and as pictured although there does seem to be a little more wear to it than expected for a new product. I assume it's actually a store show piece. Seller communication was basically zero out of 3. My last attempt to contact them was about the size of the watch. It is not up to 8 inches as listed but actually 6.5 but never heard back from them. I specifically purchased this Frederique because of the listed size, as women's Frederique's are always so small.

The quality of the watch leather strap is extremely poor, （surface cracks) and I am sure this watch it not the new one, and the strap is not the original product, please replace it ASAP
