First off there is a tear on the right shoulder which was disclosed, they did give me a 20% refund, but unfortunately after that it all went pear shaped, I sent it to get repaired and the repair shop advised that the jacket wasn’t fit for purpose, and would never be waterproof due all the lining disintegrating, I got them to discard it because I had already paid post to get it there and the post to send it back then me send it back to the seller was more than the full refund, so not great.
