Actually the hat ran a little bit big so I specifically ask for an exchange. I tried to make sure to return to hat as soon as possible. After following your instructions and acting quickly why was i not sent the new hat? This is very disappointing.

The customer was given specific instructions on how to do an exchange, instead, they opened a return with eBay which eBay requires me to give them a refund.
