Camera came broken. The screen was cracked and I can’t see anything when trying to take pictures. I expect either a refund or a replacement.

The seller responded implying that it was my fault that the item came damaged, and stated, “How????? It was secured in a closable and latched plastic container, which fit the camera perfectly.... it didn't even slide or move when I shook it for testing”. However, the “closable and latched plastic container” came with a broken clasp to close it. This broken container then had no cushion or support to prevent damage, and was instead wrapped in paper bags and kept closed with duct tape.
