My order was never processed and it was coming from @ 25 miles away. I paid 7 days ago and never received any communication from the seller other than the automated email confirming my order and that they had collected payment. I would advise you to avoid purchasing from this seller. It is more than frustrating to pay for an item that you should have already received. Seller has no customer service skills and does not know how to communicate in a timely manner.

Once the transactions was processed, which you state it was never done, that is FALSE, the steps were taken to refund the item. The steps Ebay takes to refund is out of our control and take a few days. You did receive all the messages pertaining to this transaction. FALSE CLAIMS. We never heard anything from you either. 25 miles away makes a difference. I would advise everyone to avoid this buyer as they will leave negative feedback.
