ALL equipment sold by Longpark Trading MUST be used by qualified personnel in accordance with local medical law and current health and safety regulations.
Longpark Trading does not provide under any circumstances, and is not authorized to provide any medical advice or any merchandise operational advice.
ALL merchandise sold by Longpark Trading is sold as seen and described in item listing, without any guarantee or warranty unless specified otherwise in item description.
Longpark Trading does not maintain or service ANY of its merchandise and takes no responsibility for its correct, safe operation.
ALL merchandise new, used, refurbished or "spares or repair" offered by Longpark Trading MUST be installed, serviced and tested for correct, safe operation by authorized personnel* in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations, local medical law and health and safety regulations before use.
ALL new, used and refurbished medical equipment and consumables could be dangerous or cause injury and death to the user and patient.
Longpark Trading will not accept any responsibility for damage, injury or death caused by its merchandise resulting from misuse, incorrect handling, modification, use by unqualified personnel, installation, service or inspection by unauthorized personnel, incorrect installation, lack of service or testing and use of parts and consumables not approved by equipment manufacturer.
Longpark Trading requires certification of installation, service and inspection by authorized personnel* as well as documentation of user's qualifications to operate its merchandise. No warranty will be respected, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be given unless such documentation is provided by the buyer on request.
* Personnel authorized by equipment manufacturer to carry out installation, maintenance and repair of its equipment.
