Purchased may 11, 2024 and item is stuck some where in CA and hasn’t moved for weeks. It’s nearly been a month and I should have received the item weeks ago. Secondly I have sent three messages, which only the first one was replied to about shipping delays. But the last two messages have not been addressed.
