This person bought the Columbia jacket and had mistakenly labeled it as new even though it didn't look that way in the photos. She wrote to me and I apologized and sent the shipping label for her money back and she sent me the jacket. She closed the return case because not only does she want the money, she also wants to keep the jacket because of the mistake because of the bad time I had. This person is what no seller should find on EBay. She now she almost opened with her credit card company
