Communication was a problem. I. Sent several messages that went unanswered and after I decided to take a chance I offered again, it was accepted and my card was charged w/o any approval from me. I don't like that at all, a person needs to know what is being charged and by whom. On positive note... I received the Singer a couple of days later. Packing was good. Communication needs help.
