Ordered the flamingos and it arrived safely and well packaged sine it was breakable items. Upon opening only had 1 flamingo. Contacted seller, discussed issue and she researched where it could have gone. Shipper said both were put into the box to send. First time I have experienced an issue like this, and she wa on top of it. Never. found out where item is. Seller was excellent in assisting with this issue. Refunded half of the amount owed and all transactions completed.
