I have been a member of EBay for over 16 years and never had a seller as bad as balnef. I purchased his boots and he accepted payment then said eBay fees are too high and cancelled the purchase. He relisted same boots for more money, I purchased again and he accepted payment then cancelled. Then he relisted for $100 more than original price. This seller is awful, untrustworthy and a scammer.
