Buyer beware of buying products from drobo, they have been out of business since Jan 2003 and most products are locked with the user and password plus the sellers don't verify using drobo dashboard to see what issues the box may have. It's a pain to hack this box just to get to the settings. The advertisement was on point, I was just dissapointed that I have to put in work to correct the issue with the box. So I accept responsibility for not thinking everything through.
