Very responsive, very nice, and very fair. Would definitely do business with him again. I went to Pitney Bowes website to do the math on shipping and he charged me an extra 80% from what it should have been, but happy to pay that because this person put so much effort into packing it well. You really should have mentioned that the board and all pieces have severe water damage and have warped, but that is my fault for not doing due diligence. Good seller but ask extra questions on used items.
