I v ordered this item on 15/5/2024 shoes New Balance XC-72 RI UXC72RI White Lifestyle Shoes Unisex size 11.
The seller update me that his not have the size I ordered and he suggest size 10 (!).
I didnt accept and on the 16/05/2024 seller said that he will make a full refund to my credit card.
Till now I didnt see this refund on my Credit Card; I contact again and guess what he said ?
"we are not sure where your money was sent back.
Please ask eBay for this issue."

We cancel the order and sent full refund quickly. We have kept explaining we already cancelled the order and the money was sent back with the screen shot, but apparently the buyer did not believe what we said . We were doing everything to fix the problem
