The bracelet that was sent to me has a frozen spring clasp that is not actually attached to the chain. I informed the seller of the problems with clasp and the seller offered a refund if I first took on the expense of return shipping. Had the seller offered an unconditional refund I would probably have accepted it and felt compelled to give positive feedback rather than expressing my disgust with a seller's use of stock photos in listings rather than showing photos of the actual piece itself.
