    Appears to be good quality although it is not a Japanese, German or American brand I believe it should do the job it is intended for. Came in a nice plastic molded case and sealed in plastic bag. As a Chinese made tool, it shipped from China which took longer than expected but in great condition and much less then brand name tools.
