Clock had only one layer of padding on the outside in a box barely bigger than the clock itself resulting in a shattered lense. No padding on the inside resulting in one broken chime bar and one bent. Suspension arm came off, but luckily wasn't damaged. Instead of receiving a "working" clock as advertised I need to hunt down a replacement lense and chime bar assembly. The broken chime bar cannot be repaired.
