Just received my cold therapy system, It was described as new in box, Well the box ISN’T NEW, Very poor condition, So poor that the machine feel out of the bottom of the box when I picked it up, No inner protective packing, No paperworks, No instructions unless those are it stuck on top of the lid wrinkled, I hope it works because it’s needed for my wife’s recovery for hip replacement surgery she’s about to have, I’ll be getting back with you if not!
