item wasn't as described so refund issued no problem however it could have been avoided if the seller hadn't ignored all communication until 3 days later only to tell me shes already posted it (the tracking showed she had just purchased the label at that point and it hadn't actually been dropped off to the parcel shop till hours later)

Sorry if you feel you where treated unjustly, but this is not the reason you wanted to return the item, you clamed it was not as described because I didnt say it was maternity wear, sorry but the clue is in the name
