Unfortunately the piece did NOT FIT without modifications. One of the holes which aligns with the front part of the assembly was not milled correctly so my mechanic had to drill it wider so as to fit the OEM screw. Additionally, I had to source 2 longer screws w/ bolts to fasten the rear holes. No hardware included so be aware of the likely need for minor mods.
