I can’t ever remember giving anyone negative feedback. This may be a first. You are getting negative feedback because of your answer to my message that the coupler on my train car was broken. You sent be “As we don’t test couplers we would have no idea of their condition, from the photo we cannot see anything that is broken”. In your posting you listed melting of plastic on the bottom of the car, but no mention of the wires being fried. But in your defense, you posted lights, NOT TESTED. I
