Item is not new. Both lights have permanent scratches and smudges I cannot get off. The Rilakkuma light is dimmer than the Korilakkuma.

Hello kilalalala, The item that you purchased is brand new, and has never been opened or tampered with. According to the pictures you provided, we verified and did not find any scratches, smudges, or any other anomalies with the product. In regards to the differences with the light, please try using a darker environment "e.g. darker room". Using the product in a well lit room or a room with other lights may cause the Rilakkuma light to appear dimmer than the Korilakkuma due to their luminosity.
