Not sure if this was really new or damaged in transit - came badly packaged in just a plastic bag so might have been couriers, but damage looks old? Did offer to return or replace but declined to give a partial refund when I explained no time due to this being a gift (and I'm disabled, can't get to shops.) Seller polite enough but didn't seem particularly bothered. Overall not very happy customer.

DEMANDED A PARTIAL REFUND FOR DAMAGED BOX. I SAID IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM TO SEND THE ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. REFUSED TO SEND THE ITEM BACK, NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT CANT GET TO SHOPS. DIDNT HAVE THIS PROBLEM SENDING BACK AN ITEM AND LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IF YOU READ THROUGH THE FEEDBACK LEFT PREVIOUSLY BY THIS BUYER.

Seller is outright lying here: 1) I explained am disabled & bedbound in message & they admit to this on their feedback for me! 2) I asked politely if partial refund possible, did not "demand". (Normally happy to return items if have time to sort replacement as my carers will do for me.) Seller response to -ve feedback (which I rarely leave) was to send an absolute rant calling me names and demanding I revise! Incredibly rude & unprofessional - have reported them to eBay for the abusive message.
