I have attached pictures and a video unboxing it. This is NOT what I paid for. Part of the Mad Hatters arm is missing and he arrived completely broken off the snow globe!! This has been an awful experience! Seller marked shipped untracked on the 11th and didn’t ship until the 19th and I had to open a case to get the seller to provide a tracking number.
