Purchases can go through many cycles. In my case it started out great got what I wanted based on a great description, however, it was nothing like the description on arrival. That is when I and the seller got off on a bad note. The seller gave me a refund but not a full refund. Eventually a Great eBay Customer rep was able to solve the issue and I got the remaining portion of my purchase. In the end it was a great learning experience. No harm no foul, and I will do no harm in my rating.

While I appreciate the feedback, this review makes me look awful.You attacked me in your message while also threatening to report me - without giving me an opportunity to fix the issue first.Then I apologizes and immediately gave you a full refund. This review makes it sound like I didn't. eBay is responsible for international shipping refunds. I refunded all that was applicable to me. You continued to blame me despite screenshots showing full refund until I reached out to eBay for you.
