I noticed a slight musty odor from the bag I purchased. I asked if I could get a refund, even tho it was a "no refund" purchase, since the smell was noticeable and unfair to me. The return message was very defensive, as if I was personally insulting her. I added that perhaps the packaging wasn't " fresh".... anyway, I said I would just have it cleaned...and thanked her, sarcastically, for the fabulous customer service. Too bad we couldn't find a less defensive solution to satisfy both of us..

I totally 100% disagree with this comment and I do feel insulted by it. I take great pride in the items I sell and my home! My home is pristine and there is absolutely no way anything in it has a musty smell or any smell at all for that matter. So yes I was defensive and felt very insulted by this. Also I use packaging from USPS and have never noticed any odor in them. I would not place items in them if they smelled.
