Shelley China I had @ £75 i accepted your low offer £55 for 31 undamaged pieces plus 8 damaged pieces, it then cost me extra £6 postage due to weight on top of what u paid u thanked me for paying.When u received u messaged saying 1 cup had hair crack so you want part refund so I apologised and offered full refund on return or partial refund you wanted to keep so divided £55 by 30 = £1.83 and refunded u .You say in feedback I got 4 of 5 items lie not that u selling 3 items @ £20 on ebay cheeky
