The smoker itself is quite good. The water seal is great. I was a little disappointed that the bottom-most grill warped upon first use, but that's relatively easy to rectify. Seller communication could've been much better. They pretty much ignored my question on maintenance, and only hurriedly shipped out after I'd informed them I bought the smoker early so that it would reach early for an event. Would be good for eBay to provide a ship-out date before purchase instead of only finding out after.
