I am very upset. I contacted the seller, and we both agreed on a partial refund for the product because it wasn't as described.
The description stated that there weren't any scratches or marks, yet when it arrived they were on the case. When talking to the seller, at first they were nice and helpful, and we both agreed on a partial refund. After two days which was the time they said it would take to go back to my account, it did not. I tried writing the seller and they won't respond.
