Condition of one of the multi tools was banged up but I contacted the seller and they were super quick to respond and gave me a partial refund. Would buy again Shipping was very slow but USPS didn’t lose the package, and not really the fault of the seller

    Item arrived as described and is in very good condition and exactly what I expected to receive. Packaging was satisfactory, but the shipping is where things faltered. This is not at all on the seller, but on the actual postal service for it arriving late. Overall, however, a good seller and someone I'd recommend as the price on their items are very good.
