All tins arrived damaged, badly packaged in thin plastic. I asked for a refund and was asked if I would accept to be sent another item instead. I said I would only accept this if the seller could reassure me the tins would be properly stacked and wrapped in bubble wrap, before the launch of the products I am selling. I was never reassured and was just told another item was being sent against my consent. The new item hasn’t yet arrived, so I can’t comment on the state of these tins.
