The price was a bargain for weekly issues of the Burlington Vermont Free press. Yes it had condition issues (
covers not bound to the paper block. I was able to fix that. I only had to discard a couple issues because of the damage that was due to not having the covers in place. Its not unusual even with covers to have begging and end issues with damage. Covers are on and i still have to select the color and material to go over the spine area. A good purchase if you put some restoration into it
