Contacted seller about collar NOT working as per sales pitch, I was informed that a replacement collar would be sent, this was on the 10th May……it is now 14th June and nothing has appeared, I cannot wait any longer to resolve this issue and I want to cancel the order as it doesn’t meet the requirements.
