Lovely cage ..however it had missing screws..washers & nuts missing ..I messaged seller and was completely and very bluntly dismissed ..apparently it was my fault. I purchased my own bits from my local hardware store to enable me to attach food bowls. I will never purchase from this seller again

Simply not true buyer has only left this negative feedback because I threatened to involve eBay into there scamming behaviour, eBay can see every message what buyers and sellers send to each other and there is a pattern from this buyers account they claim something is missing just to try and get a reduction in the price, the buyer was given the option to return the WHOLE item but declined which says it all really. these travel cages are fully checked before dispatch and nothing was missing, SCAM
