    Received a broken defective part that is not working. Asked for refund, which was denied. Did not respond to message. Had to contact eBay for suggestions. The 100% satisfaction and all parts in working order is false advertisement on these listings. This person should be removed from eBay indefinitely. I don’t understand why eBay won’t take action and force a refund or suspend this sellers account. This is unacceptable and I would like my money back.
