It came like that. The device isn’t compatible with American applications. I got completely jipped, not because the fact the phone cannot be used for anything at all but for photos in the U.S but because the phones buttons are slowly starting to jam. As of yesterday volume cannot be turned up or down. It appears as if the phone was made to slowly break apart over time.
