    The only reason I gave the seller positive feedback at all is because it arrived on time. Otherwise, I would have given them a neutral. The reason being is that they didn't even bother to provide a good tracking number at all. The eBay tracking numbers do not work and if I had to assume, I would assume that they only gave the least minimum. That was the cheapest and I think it's on pays 20 or more in a package, you should have to provide a good tracking number. And they didn't do that..
