      One of the worst eBay experiences ever in 20 years. Seller threw a 25lb audio preamp into two cardboard boxes with no padding - easily worst packaging I’ve ever seen. Item arrived damaged and seller refused to believe me, refused to pay for the repairs. The seller also took photos of the item that intentionally had that screws were missing, and that there were scuff marks. eBay intervened and now I’m shipping it back to the seller. Huge waste of my time and really frustrating.

      The item was returned to me in the exact condition described in the listing. The buyer refused to test the unit. I have it now amd it is in perfect working order as described. The buyer did not like how I packaged for shipping, I offered him a refund on the shipping and he declined. This is one of the worst/dishonest buyers I have come across. I would avoid transactions with this buyer.
