The seller first suggested that I try to put it back together, then offered me $.28 refund and I could keep the grinder. I declined both offers and asked the seller for a total refund and free shipping back to them. After emailing back-and-forth, (for about 2 hours) the seller finally honored my request. I feel it was obvious what needed to be done, as the photographs tell all.
