They were very communicative and quickly gave a partial refund to fix the mistake. As for what I received - the core game is complete and in excellent condition as described.       The seller described it as mint, and I would agree. Trying to find a long out of print boardgame for a reasonable price can be difficult sometimes, but this was a good buy. Not only were all the pieces included, it looks like an open box where the game hasn't been previously played. The shipping was prompt and arrived well before estimated date. The box was shipped without padding of any sort, but since the outer box wasn't pristine I don't think it incurred any damage during shipping.
