Some flaws like small tears in the border, pinhole bug bites and water stains are very common in Cuban posters due to the humid/hot weather. Preview careless handling and poor storage of the posters also contributed to their condition. It is very difficult to find an original political poster from the 60's and 70's and very rare to find it unfolded and in pristine condition. In the majority of titles, the amount of printed posters were very limited and except for a selected group of collectors, most people disposed of them by dressing walls or recycling. Only a fraction of those survived until now. This is one of the very few.”
