    Very disappointed that took over two weeks for to have nothing more than a letter containing a code and a Web address to download Band in a box software. The listing was very misleading as it clearly showed a physical Box which looked like the traditional disc/book of instructions etc. The money paid is purely for a licence to use the software. I tracked the "package" as it went from depot to depot a cross America. It could have been sent by normal air mail. A ridiculous system of supply.
