On 11/6, received a message that only 4 items were available and he asked if we wanted them and if we would like to receive a refund for the 2 that we would be shorted. We responded yes on 11/7. On 11/10 and 11/12 we asked about the refund - on 11/12 he responded he would send the refund when he got home. We received 4 items on 11/17, then asked again on 11/18 about the refund but no response or refund.
