Didn't ship the part because they didn't have it, although it showed it was on the way. Two days later, I was contacted to be told they didn't have the part. It doesn't take two days to notify someone, especially if you generated postage. Eventually got a refund days later. I understand things happen, it's what you do to fix them and how quickly you do it. Fix the process and there will be no problems...
