Anytime I would print shipping labels or make copies of anything, the ink would miss half of the words, it was all blotchy and not right. Maybe the printer ink was old I just now took that ink cartridge out and put in the second one that came in the pack, the second one prints perfectly fine, absolutely no issues at all.

I just want to add that I have bought from this seller before this transaction & wanted to say that I tried two different sellers just recently and both of them I had issues with the the printer ink cartridges! I finally came across this seller in my purchase history & remembered I had good success with these guys. It came today, I opened the packaging removed the seal & BOOM it started printing right away!!! 👍 I recommend this seller!!👍

I was sent the wrong model of ink. I lost a business project depending on the correct model was not sent. 😠😠 I must wait ten days for a return label. I had to order from another supplier I trusted 2x the amount of items. I never want be caught up again in a bait and switch scam that happens now with a lot of these online companies.
