      Item for sale is a name-brand red-sized orifice tube. They sent unbranded/bulk black-size. They refunded in a way that suggested a lack of surprise. (Maybe they send the wrong thing a lot? intentionally? hard to say!) When I asked when the refund would show up, they got angry/aggressive. But they did refund quickly. So basically, they wasted a week of my time and I have to reorder somewhere else. Lame.
