    I paid full price for a drive that was listed as new. What I received was a drive without original packaging, that had obviously been handled - had smudges and even a small hair. The opposite of new. I do not recommend buying from this seller

    We literally bought these directly from Micron. We buy them bulk. We do not advertise as retail pack. There are no power on hours. Never been used. Sorry if our techs do not wear hairnets. They are technicians and not chefs. Obviously we don't want to ship out with a hair, but to make a false claim is unreasonable. We pack everything incredibly thoroughly and much better than Amazon or anyone ever would. Customer is making false claims and thus has been banned from our store. Thank you.
