you are a US buyer, tracking clearly shown item is in ROYALMAIL system since 11DEC, your item is not with me but with ROYALMAIL, beyond my control, we do not own royalmail system to push your parcel move faster. It may be stuck at international centre for exporting, customs clearance, what's that to do with me when system showing item is in transit? It is not that I didn't post your item?you can see item was posted straight away and then enter into Royalmail mail centre, i can only open a claim
