However, eBay closed the case prior to the seller receiving the item back. Now, Seller has my money and the "not as described" item. I'm the one who lost on this transaction, and eBay will not open the case to ensure my refund of funds. eBay is no longer on the side of their customers, they are on the side of their sellers.
